Customer Service Matters

Our friends at Calaway Park in Calgary, Alberta Canada installed a Double Dyno Water Wars system this past summer and it was a great success!  Even while alternating between rain and soaring summer temps (even in Canada) this became an awesome way for guests to cool down at the park and great added revenue.  We worked with the team at Calaway, who is led by GM Bob Williams and Games & Grounds Manager Angie Silljer.  Angie commented “On hot days, the game is hoppin’!  We’ve experienced A LOT of rain days this season.  The most I’ve seen in a long time.  When it’s hot out, it’s busy at the game.  Percap is healthy….  It’s also the first year of it so sometimes it takes a while to get guests familiar.  Overall, a success.  I want to add music to the venue too to attract more people.  In terms of your service…it’s impeccable!  Thank you for all your help with everything.  It’s so easy to deal with you.  You are very customer service focused and that is so appreciated.  You don’t always see your level of service in the world.  You make a difference for sure.  THANK YOU!”
